The Staircase Is Too Certain Gloss Poster
$13.99
Moonboy was told to make whatever he wanted.
We will be wording that instruction more carefully next time.
The Staircase Is Too Certain is a finished Moonboy original involving a staircase that leaves without explaining itself, a moon that has become personally involved, a lampshade with concerns, a mirror having a separate experience, and several ordinary household objects that are doing an admirable job of pretending this is normal.
We asked what it meant.
That did not improve the situation.
The artwork is printed as a 16.5 x 11.7 inch horizontal poster on 185 gsm high-gloss poster paper. The glossy finish gives the strange little room its full dramatic range, while the 0.2 inch white border keeps the physical poster slightly more organized than the image itself.
There is also a small barcode in that border, because even surrealism eventually meets inventory control.
No slogan. No explanation. Just the art.
The poster is assembled in the USA from globally sourced parts. The staircase remains unaccounted for.
“The staircase is fine. The room is standing too normally.”
