Made when you order it. Because warehouses are expensive and gremlins need supervision.
Most physical things in the Foundry are made to order. Your order goes into production after you place it, so production time and shipping time are two separate things. The gremlins would love to bend space-time. Legal has advised against promising that.
Delivery options, availability, and shipping charges depend on where the package is going. You'll see the applicable options and cost at checkout before you place the order. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a blood oath.
Check the buttons before you push the big red one
Please give the size, color, quantity, and shipping address one last look before you pay. Since made-to-order products can move into production quickly, corrections become harder once the machinery starts doing machinery things.
If something needs changed, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. We'll try to catch it. We just can't promise changes after production has begun.
Problems, damage, and things that clearly aren't right
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, that's not the charming kind of chaos. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We'll review what happened and work with the fulfillment partner on a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Returns: the made-to-order reality
Because these products are made specifically after you order them, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Ordering the wrong size, deciding a different color would look better, or experiencing buyer's remorse after the gremlins have already made your thing unfortunately doesn't put it back into inventory—there really isn't an inventory pile to put it into.
That does not apply when an item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
Need a human?
Reasonable. Use the contact page. Include your order number when you have one and enough detail for us to understand what went sideways. A human will review it. Pete is not permitted to adjudicate his own incidents.
